This phase includes conceptional design that then moves to preliminary design. Since we are a Design/Build Firm we track budgets along the design phase,  develop schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the design team to create your vision.

We have one of the best pool enclosure crews around.  We are currently 4-6 weeks out so long as you are building the same as what was previously there before Ian.  We also will do a different enclosure but those will have to be engineered

This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We provide accurate project cost based on our planning stage as well as develop schedules for timely delivery.

Our in-house crew performs the majority of the structural phase.  This way we can control the schedule better.  We also work with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal and above all Safety is our primary concern.

The last step in any build. This phase includes project turn-over to you!  We provide training,  and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
