We self-perform all of our concrete work including the ICF installation. We have invested heavily in equipment and formwork to provide you the strongest construction available. Our typical home does not utilize wood joist but we instead install a 12" solid concrete reinforced elevated floor system.

Many homes we construct are stucco or siding. When we use siding we choose Celect Siding by Royal Building Products. It is an extruded PVC siding with a Kynar paint finish. It is Hurricane rated and I actually installed it on my own home.
